Al-Khwarizmi Engineering Journal (ALKEJ) is published by the Al-Khwarizmi College of Engineering – University of Baghdad since 2005. AL Khwarizmi College of Engineering published the first issue of Al-Khwarizmi Engineering Journal (ALKEJ) which is an international open access, peer reviewed online journal and its published quarterly, devoted to publish original research and developments in all fields of engineering, which include: Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, Mechatronics, Biochemical, Information Technology and Communications and Manufacturing and Automation Engineering. Papers should report novel and significant advances in one or more of the engineering topics.

The journal received four acknowledgment letters from the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in 2013, 2014, 2016 and 2017 for being the best peer-reviewed journal in Iraq.
