Local author(s) and International author(s) are required to pay (100000 IQD)  article submission fees as part of the submission process (including plagiarism check) to contribute to reviewing, and publication in journal websites, and all available databases like DOAJ, Crossref, COPE…… etc.
The author(s) can pay half of the fees (non -refundable) when submitting the manuscript and the other half after the final acceptance if the manuscript is accepted.
No fees are required for developing countries with low-income countries, according to the World Bank Country classification by income level
